Delivery and packaging
Delivery estimates, costs and packaging choices appear on the partner’s product and checkout pages. They can differ by seller, address and selected option. This website does not dispatch orders or set those delivery terms.
Check whether the product ships in its own packaging and whether an additional outer package can be selected. We do not promise a particular packaging method for every offer.
Return eligibility
Read the return information before completing your purchase. Intimate products may have restrictions, particularly after opening or use. Do not assume that a general store return period applies to the selected product.
A delivery problem or damaged item
Open your order in the purchasing account and use the available support option. Keep the packaging and photographs of any damage until the seller tells you how to proceed. Follow the instructions in your order rather than sending a package to an unconfirmed address.
